Delegate Riley Ingram has deep roots in the community, and has long been dedicated to serving its constituents and their families. Riley has served in the Virginia House of Delegates since 1992.
He graduated from Prince George High School and grew up in Hopewell, Virginia. He was a Letter Carrier for nine years at the Hopewell Post Office and has been the Owner/Broker of Ingram & Associates Real Estate Company, Inc. for 38 years. He currently lives in Hopewell and attends Hopewell Church of the Nazarene. Riley is very much a family man who has three grown children, Tracy Ingram, Stacy Ingram Hanson and Riley Ingram, Jr. He has five grandchildren:Taylor and Parker, Brinkley, Dylan and Drake.

The General Assembly Session
Delegate Riley Ingram serves many roles in the General Assembly during session in Richmond. He currently serves as the Chair for the Counties Cities and Towns Full Committee. He also Chair of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Health and Human Resources.
Delegate Ingram sits on three different full committees consisting of:
-Privileges and Elections.
